Role: Senior Recruitment Executive
Location: Bengaluru, Full-Time
Job Description:
The candidate will be part of the Human Resources (HR) function and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within an organizational structure.
- Partner with the business to get a clear view of their hiring needs
- Source candidates to fill open positions
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.).
- Counsel the candidate on salary, benefit and work environment
- Interacting with department heads and ensuring the recruitment smooth process
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2 – 4 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
