Role: HR Manager

Location: Bengaluru, Full-Time / Rotational Shift

Job Description:

Human resource managers are responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include.

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, government regulations and salary components.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role about the overall vision.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing letters.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Manpower Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
  • Taking care of end-to-end HR Activities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • 4+ years of management experience in HR over all Experiences in HR 7 to 9years
  • Education: MBA/MSW
