Self Services Structural (dynamic) authorization assignment
The structural authorizations that can be utilized in conjunction with Organizational Management also provide security and efficiency (OM). Authorization is assigned dynamically rather than statically, in contrast to the usual SAP role and authorization model.
Personnel appraisals
Within the organization, authorizations are assigned to positions. When an employee accepts this role, he is automatically granted the necessary permissions. This is, of course, a clear positive in terms of IT security.
