Role: Technical Support Executive

Location: Bengaluru, Full-Time / Rotational Shift

Job Description:

  • Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/Remote access /OS related queries for our global customers.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
  • Ticket’s handling, Providing L1/1.5 assistance to the clients
  • Training new joiners’
  • Flexibility to work on 24*7 shifts

Desired skills:

  • Team Handling, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum experiences 2to 7Years
  • Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Education, BE, BTech, Mtech.
